Tvrtka Val. Ol. d.o.o. osnovana je 2008. godine u Tordincima. Osnivači tvrtke su Bračni par Ivan Knezović i Jasmina Bergman. Djelatnost tvrtke su ostale uslužne djelatnosti u vezi s informacijskom tehnologijom i računalima. Vlasnici  tvrtke su kroz stečeno poslovno iskustvo u inozemstvu odlučili proširiti djelatnost tvrtke na remont strojeva i izradu strojnih dijelova i sklopova .
